Pet Friendly Whitehorse Hotel

Your pet is welcome at The ’98 Hotel for no extra charge. When you book your room, please let us know you are bringing a pet.

We will continue to welcome pets free of charge as long as guests follow these simple requests: 

• Do not leave your pet alone in your room for more than 15 minutes.
• Please do not bring your pet to the kitchenette.
• Pick up after your pet when you take it outside to do its business.
• Do not allow your pet on the furniture unless you bring your own blanket for this purpose.

Whitehorse is a wilderness city. You’ll be happy to know there is a place to walk your dog along the Yukon River, which is half a block from the Hotel. It’s called The Millennium Trail. The City of Whitehorse has an on-leash policy in most parts of the City.

Please keep in mind that if your pet damages anything on the property, we will add the cost to your bill, or charge your credit card after we pay for the damages.
