The Hunter

Room 9, the Hunter, is a pet-friendly room with one queen and one twin bed. The maximum occupancy for this room is three, not including pets.

The quiet earth tones and oak wood in the Hunter work well together to create a rugged room with masculine appeal. The special touches—such as the brass umbrella stand, floral-patterned ceramic wash basin and jug, mirrored writing table, and table lamp with a fluted bell-shaped lamp shade—add a touch of whimsy.

The massive antique dresser, as well as the antique writing desk from Dawson City help set the period theme of this room.

The Hunter was fully refurbished in 2019, with new floors, paint, trim, window treatments, heaters, furniture and art.

All rooms at The ’98 Hotel are accessible. The access is ground floor, with no stairs in the lobby, guest hallway, guest rooms, shared guest washrooms or kitchenette. There is a step down into the washrooms in the Hotel Lounge (the bar).
